[Recipe]: Nutty Choc Slice

[Recipe]: Nutty Choc Slice

This is a super simple 5 ingredient slice which can be whipped up in no time.  A great sweet treat to have in the fridge, or it may be kept in the freezer to last longer.

Nutty Choc Slice Recipe

  • 2 Cups Mixed Nuts (I used almonds, brazil nuts and cashews)
  • 4 Tbs Desiccated Coconut
  • 8 Medjool Dates (soaked in warm water for 10 mins to soften)
  • 2 Tbs Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tbs Coconut Oil

Add all ingredients to a food processor or Thermomix and blend until well combined.  Press mixture into a container lined with baking paper and sprinkle extra coconut on top if desired.  Refrigerate for at least an hour to harden, then you can slice it up and enjoy!  Keep in the fridge or freezer.
