Creative Strategist & Content Creator (Social Media & Marketing)

Full-Time | Adventure Snacks | Wangara, WA (with some WFH flexibility)

We're on the hunt for an energetic hands-on Creative Strategist & Content Creator to help us develop content that doesn't just look good - it drives real results.

Adventure Snacks is a fast-growing e-commerce brand, and this is a key full-time role in our team. You'll work closely with the Founder to ideate, create, and execute content across organic social and paid ads - helping drive the next stage of our growth.

This isn't just a "posting" role. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes content, loves being both behind and in front of the camera, and is excited to test ideas, analyse performance, and continuously improve.


What you'll be doing:

  • Ideating, planning, and creating engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and beyond

  • Bringing a creative eye with strategic thinking - making ideas both visually appealing and effective

  • Filming and editing short-form video content (including product, lifestyle, and UGC-style content)

  • Developing and executing creative concepts for paid advertising

  • Translating ideas into polished, high-performing content

  • Managing day-to-day social media activity (posting, scheduling, community engagement)

  • Identifying and collaborating with influencers, UGC creators, and brand partners

  • Driving the growth of our partnerships and affiliate program

  • Analysing performance and using insights to improve future content

  • Staying ahead of trends, but focusing on brand-led content that adds value and builds connection

  • Collaborate on campaigns, launches, and promotions


What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in content creation and social media management (e-commerce experience a bonus)

  • A strong understanding of what makes great content, and the ability to turn ideas into finished deliverables

  • Someone who enjoys both strategy and execution (you don't just come up with ideas - you bring them to life)

  • Confident filming, editing, and appearing in content when needed

  • A positive, enthusiastic personality - attitude and team fit are extremely important to us

  • A willingness to learn, test, and improve (we have the resources to support your growth)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
