Customer Service/Showroom Assistant

Adventure Snacks is a fast-growing e-commerce store specializing in kids’ lunchboxes and family mealtime products. We are a small, tight-knit team looking for motivated, energetic people to join our team, based in Wangara, over the busy Christmas and Back to School period.

About the Role

We are looking for Casual Customer Service and Showroom Assistants to continue to provide our industry-leading customer service levels to our incredible community. This position interacts directly with our customers so we’re looking for someone with the right experience, attitude and personality to join the team.

Duties for this role will include a mix of customer support online (across emails and social media) as well as some work in store in our Wangara showroom. This will include:

Replying to customer enquiries in a timely manner online via our Gorgias software platform, providing them with exceptional customer experiences
Assisting customers with their purchases in our showroom and passionately sharing our products with them
Processing transactions, restocking the shelves and merchandising to ensure the product displays are always of a high standard
You may also be required to work in the warehouse from time to time during peak periods.

To Be Successful in the Role:

You will have a friendly, warm personality, positive attitude and the willingness to learn about our products quickly. Our range is very large so it is imperative you can learn and understand the product range as fast as possible in order to be able to assist customers successfully.
Be passionate and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service.
Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Have excellent written communication skills.
Have good availability for multiple days/week particularly between September - February. Some Saturdays may also be required. In November and January you may be required to work 5 days per week. This role has the flexibility to work from home when not in the showroom.
Physical fitness required as the job entails being on your feet and lifting boxes of stock.
Must have high attention to detail, and be efficient in your work.
Experience in a customer service position, such as retail, is highly regarded.

Ecommerce & Marketing Assistant

Adventure Snacks is a fast-growing e-commerce store specializing in kids’ lunchboxes and family mealtime products. We are a small, tight-knit team looking for an experienced, motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team, based in Wangara, in time for the busy Christmas and Back to School period.

About the Role

An exciting Part-Time position (approx 15-20 hours per week) has become available as we expand our marketing team. You will work across a diverse range of tasks including graphic design, email marketing, digital marketing, website merchandising, content creation and assisting with other projects as part of our marketing plan. We are looking for someone who is creative and passionate about being part of the next phase of our growth.

As our Ecommerce & Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our Founder on a broad range of marketing and ecom related tasks. Your day may include:

Graphic design work for emails, website, socials and PDFs
Building exceptional email campaigns in Klaviyo and analysing and optimising email flows
Assisting with new product development and design
Merchandising our Shopify website, particularly around key sales events/peak periods
Uploading new products to the website, ensuring accuracy
Assisting with improving website design and functionality
Working with our Social Media assistant to create compelling organic and paid social content, including images and videos
Supporting the implementation of promotional campaigns, product launches and special events
Reporting on marketing activity performance
Bringing creative new ideas to the table
