About the Role 

We are looking for Casual Showroom Assistants to continue to provide our industry-leading customer service levels to our incredible community.  This position interacts directly with our customers so we’re looking for someone with the right experience, attitude and personality to join the team.

Duties for this role will include:

• Assisting customers with their purchases in our showroom and passionately sharing our products with them
• Processing transactions, restocking the shelves and merchandising to ensure the product displays are always of a high standard  
• You may also be required to work in the warehouse from time to time during peak periods
  
  

To be successful in the role: 

• You will have a friendly, warm personality, positive attitude and the willingness to learn about our products quickly.  Our range is very large so it is imperative you can learn and understand the product range as fast as possible in order to be able to assist customers.
• Be passionate and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service, even during busy periods.
• Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Have excellent written communication skills.
• Have good availability for multiple days/week between October - February (including up to 5 days/week during the January school holidays), including occasional Saturdays.
• Physical fitness required as the job entails being on your feet and lifting boxes of stock.
• Must have high attention to detail, and be efficient in your work.
• Experience in a customer service or retail position will be highly regarded.

About the Role  

As the Warehouse 2IC, you will play a crucial role in our business by working with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth operations over our peak season. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a strong commitment to timely and accurate inventory management.  You will show initiative and be willing to contribute to the team in order to keep the warehouse running efficiently to get stock in, and orders out, on time.

Duties for this role will include:

• Inbound Deliveries: Safely offload incoming stock from trucks and delivery vans.
• Inventory Accuracy: Count and verify incoming goods against delivery notes.
• Restocking Shelves: Move stock into the dispatch warehouse and restock shelves.
• Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy warehouse daily.
• Safety: Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.

To be successful in the role: 

• Previous experience in a warehouse role preferred
• Strong numeracy skills: Excellent attention to detail when counting stock and reading order sheets.
• Logical thinker: Ability to solve basic spatial layout problems and organize stock efficiently.
• Physical fitness: Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving boxes of stock.
• Equipment experience: Forklift or walkie stacker experience is preferred but not essential.
• The willingness to learn and be a team player.
• Availability to work up to 5 days a week from October – end of January.  Hours may vary between 7am and 6pm, and may include occasional Saturdays.

Warehouse Assistants - Pick Packers

As a Warehouse Pick Packer, you will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a strong commitment to ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our products to customers.  You will show initiative and be willing to contribute to the team in order to get orders out efficiently and accurately.

Duties for this role will include:

• Picking and packing our orders with care and efficiency
• Unpacking & counting stock deliveries
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
• Helping ensure all orders are dispatched on time
• Assisting with stock control and inventory counts
• Working closely with a supportive team that values precision and teamwork

To be successful in the role: 

• Must have good availability for 3-5 days/week from late October – end of January.  Hours may vary between 7am and 6pm, and may include occasional Saturdays.
• Physical fitness required as the job entails being on your feet and lifting boxes of stock.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with products that are very similar
• Experience in fulfilment or working in a warehouse will be highly regarded but is not essential - it is more important to have the willingness to learn and be a team player.
• Pay rate will be based on the Storage Services & Wholesale Award rate.

🎥 TikTok Content Creator | Casual 5-10 hrs/week

Do you live and breathe TikTok? We’re looking for a creative, energetic TikTok native to take ownership of the Adventure Snacks TikTok account and help us grow it!

Collaborating with the rest of the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for coming up with ideas, filming, editing and posting content, as well as creating TikTok content for paid ads.  This role is based in Wangara, Perth and is not suitable for remote work.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Understands TikTok instinctively - what people watch, share and engage with
• Is creative and can come up with fresh, entertaining content ideas
• Can confidently film and edit short-form videos quickly
• Is proactive, energetic and happy to just get stuck in
• Can create rapport with, and relates to, our target market (Mums of kids aged 2-12)
• Understands how to create content that builds a brand and drives results
• Loves looking at data and metrics to see what is working, and using that to inform future content
• Has a fun, bubbly personality and isn’t afraid to be on camera
• Experience managing a TikTok account for a brand is highly regarded

You don’t need years of experience.  The right personality, creativity and TikTok know-how are more important to us. We have a great brand, lots of products to play with and plenty of opportunity to test ideas and see what works.
