Warehouse Assistants - Pick Packers

Adventure Snacks is a fast-growing e-commerce store specializing in kids’ lunchboxes and family mealtime products.  We are a small, tight-knit team looking for motivated, energetic people to join our warehouse team, based in Wangara, over the busy Christmas and Back to School period.

About the Role  

As a Warehouse Pick Packer, you will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a strong commitment to ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our products to customers.  You will show initiative and be willing to contribute to the team in order to get orders out efficiently and accurately.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Picking and packing our orders with care and efficiency
  • Unpacking counting stock deliveries
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
  • Helping ensure all orders are dispatched on time
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory counts
  • Working closely with a supportive team that values precision and teamwork

To be successful in the role: 

  • Must have good availability for multiple days/week from late October – end of January.  Hours may vary between 7am and 7pm, and may include Saturdays.
  • Physical fitness required as the job entails being on your feet and lifting boxes of stock.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with products that are very similar
  • Experience in fulfilment or working in a warehouse will be highly regarded but is not essential - it is more important to have the willingness to learn and be a team player.

Retail Showroom Assistants

About the Role 

We are looking for Casual Showroom Assistants to continue to provide our industry-leading customer service levels to our incredible community.  This position interacts directly with our customers so we’re looking for someone with the right experience, attitude and personality to join the team.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Assisting customers with their purchases in our showroom and passionately sharing our products with them

  • Processing transactions, restocking the shelves and merchandising to ensure the product displays are always of a high standard  

  • You may also be required to work in the warehouse from time to time during peak periods

  • You may be required to assist with replying to customer enquiries in a timely manner online via our Gorgias software platform, providing them with exceptional customer experiences

To be successful in the role: 

  • You will have a friendly, warm personality, positive attitude and the willingness to learn about our products quickly.  Our range is very large so it is imperative you can learn and understand the product range as fast as possible in order to be able to assist customers.

  • Be passionate and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service.

  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

  • Have excellent written communication skills.

  • Have good availability for multiple days/week between October - February.  Some Saturdays may also be required.  In November and January you may be required to work 5 days per week.  

  • Physical fitness required as the job entails being on your feet and lifting boxes of stock.

  • Must have high attention to detail, and be efficient in your work.

  • Experience in a customer service or retail position will be highly regarded.

Adventure Snacks is a fast-growing e-commerce brand specialising in kids’ lunchboxes and family mealtime products. We’re looking for a bubbly, vibrant content creator and partnerships pro to join our team and bring our socials to life. This is not a role for someone chasing an “easy” job - we want an energetic go-getter who’s confident in their ability to hit the ground running, create amazing content on the fly, and manage relationships with partners and influencers.

What you’ll do:

  • Create fun, engaging, on-trend video content (think Instagram Reels, TikToks, and UGC-style videos) quickly and consistently.

  • Develop creative ideas for paid ads that cut through and grab attention.

  • Manage our social channels - posting, scheduling, community management, and trend-hopping.

  • Find and build relationships with influencers, affiliates, and brand partners for giveaways, collabs, and cross-promos.

  • Grow and oversee our affiliate program.

  • Track and report on performance, learning fast and adapting as we go.

  • Collaborate on campaigns, launches, and promotions with the marketing team.

  • Stay ahead of social media trends.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: You’ve done this before - ideally in e-commerce or consumer brands - and know how to make content that converts.

  • Speed & Agility: You can shoot, edit, and post high-quality content fast (without spending days polishing like a film editor).

  • Confidence & Energy: Outgoing, creative, and full of ideas - you’re not afraid to get in front of the camera when needed.

  • Social Media Native: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook - you understand what works and why.

  • Organisation & Hustle: Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, tight turnarounds, and ad hoc projects.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for captions, influencer comms, and community engagement.
