How easy are the baking mixes to use?

Very easy! All you need to do is add the contents of the pouch and the extra wet ingredients (listed on the back label) to a bowl or mixer and away you go. Even if you’re not a whiz in the kitchen, you can still make these products and impress your friends – tell them they’re homemade, because really they are!

Do the vegetable powders you use still contain nutrients?

The vegetable powders we use are made from the highest quality veggies which are then dried using low temperature technology which gently removes the moisture from the product. The heat does not penetrate the food, which results in the preservation of natural colours, flavours and nutrition. The reason we add vegetable powders to our mixes is to increase their nutritional value, especially for kids who may not be keen to eat the real thing.

How much is shipping?

Postage within Australia is a flat $9.95 per order for standard delivery, or $14.95 per order for express post.  We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 (Australia-wide).  Please note orders are shipped from Perth, so shipping times will vary. 

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage, but we are looking into it. If you are outside Australia and interested in purchasing, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

How long does shipping take?

We will endeavour to pack your order and get it out as fast as possible (usually the next business day). Then, it’s over to Australia Post, or one of our other carriers. Orders are coming from Perth, Western Australia so depending how far away you are, the delivery time will differ.

What's your return policy?

    We do not offer a refund for change of mind.  An exchange may be offered where the item is returned to us (at the customer's expense) in unopened, unused condition.  A credit note will be generated once the returned item has been received and inspected.  For any faulty items, please email us with a description and photos and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
