What is Adventure Perks?
Adventure Perks is our rewards system where you accrue points from eligible purchases, you can then use the points to claim free a shipping coupon, or a discount off your next purchase.

 

How do I join Adventure Perks/ Log in?

We will automatically save points from your purchases, but you’ll need to create an account to access these points. Create an account by following the below steps:

 By clicking on the pink, pop-up “rewards” button on the bottom left corner of your screen.

OR 

Click on the person icon in the top right of the Adventure Snacks home page (desktop site) 

OR 

The “Log In” section from the menu on the top left (mobile) 

 

 

How do I earn points?

Points are earned for the following:

  • Sign up - 200 Points

  • Place an order - 5 Points for every $1 spent (see exclusions below)

  • Follow on Instagram - 50 Points

  • Like on Facebook - 50 Points

  • Attach a video to your review - 50 Points

  • Attach a picture to your review - 50 Points

  • Write a review - 100 Points

 

Refer a friend - if you refer a friend who then orders with us, you'll receive a $10 voucher each! You’ll find a unique referral code to share with your friend in your account. Your friend must purchase through this link to gain the rewards. We cannot attribute the voucher if they do not use the link.  Minimum spend limits apply.

Reviews- In order to get points for a review, you must follow the link in the email that will be sent to you a couple of weeks after your order was been placed. Leaving reviews by not following the email link will not earn you any points.

 

You won't earn points for the following:

  • Any part of your order that is paid with points. 

  • Gift vouchers. 

  • Tax/GST

  • Shipping

  • Any orders or activity prior to 1 September 2022

  • Reviews made without following the email link

  • Reviews that are not approved. Your review needs to be helpful and an accurate reflection of the product, so a one or two-word review won't get approved, nor will a review that we deem as inaccurate, not constructive or unnecessarily negative. Our decision not to publish a review is at our own discretion.

  

Can I get points added to my account for historical purchases?

Unfortunately, we cannot backdate points for any purchases or activity made prior to the Adventure Perks launch on 1 September 2022.

 

I was already following you on Instagram/Facebook before Adventure Perks was launched. Do I get points for this?

Unfortunately, we can not back-date points for any purchases or activity made prior to the Adventure Perks launch on 1 September 2022.

 

I didn't get an email asking me to leave a review

The review email will be sent to you a couple of weeks after you have made your purchase. Sometimes the email will land in your spam/junk folder. Please check those folders for the email.

If you have multiple email accounts, please double check which email address you used to make your order with.

 

I left a review but didn't follow the email link. Can I still get the points?

Unfortunately no, you will need to follow the link sent to you via email to get points for reviews.

 

Can I use my points in a sale? 

Rewards points can not be used during sale periods, or at times where no further discounts apply.

How do I see my points?

Log in or create an account (see “How do I join Adventure Perks/ Log in”)

On the bottom left corner of your screen there will be a pink, pop-up “rewards” button. Click here and log in.

Your Adventure Perks profile will load, and you’ll see your points at the top of the pop-up box.

To see how you earnt your points, click on “Your Activity”.

 

What can I redeem for my points?

  • Free shipping coupon - 1000 Points

  • Order discount - 100 Points = $1

 

How do I redeem my points?

First, you need to be signed in to your account. (see “How do I join Adventure Perks/ Log in”).

On the bottom left corner of your screen there will be a pink, pop-up “rewards” button. Click here and sign in.

Your Adventure Perks profile will load and there will be an option to redeem your points. The rewards program will generate a unique code for you to copy and paste into the “gift card or discount code” field at the check out of your next purchase. You will also be emailed this code, along with the expiry date.

You can only use one discount code per purchase. 

Your point redemption code can not be used during sale times.

 

Do my points expire?

Yes, points will expire 1 year after you have earnt them.  You will get a reminder email 30 days before expiry.  Points cannot be reissued once they expire.

 

I have a couple of accounts, can I merge them? 

We can't merge accounts so pick one and keep that as your primary account.

 

I can't find my account?

You will need to create an account to view and use your points.  (see “How do I join Adventure Perks/ Log in”)

If you are sure you have already created an account, check if the email or password you have entered is incorrect. 

After you have checked your details, try to retrieve your password.
