Chocoholics rejoice! I have something you’re going to love… This recipe was inspired by a number of recipes I found on Pinterest. And it’s amazing. What’s not to love about chocolate and coconut together – oh, and it’s a healthy version, and I love that!
The original ratios are below; I doubled them to make a slice about 20cm x 14cm with a bit of chocolate left over.
Here’s the recipe… enjoy!
Raw Chocolate layer:
This is a deliciously decadent dessert or treat, and because it’s packed full of good fats from the coconut oil and antioxidants from the cacao, you don’t need much of it to be satisfied.
The chocolate recipe can also be used to make any raw chocolate treats – I put some in the bottom of a silicon muffin cup, topped with goji berries, but you could also make chocolate bark from it.

Strawberry season has been in full swing over the past month in Perth, with an abundance of delicious strawberries everywhere you look! We bought a big box of them from a local farmer's market, so I thought I'd whip up a simple bliss ball recipe to make use of some of the strawberries.
