800g–1kg chicken breast

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp brown sugar
Instructions

Mix all sauce ingredients in the slow cooker.

Add chicken and coat well.

Cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–7 hours, until chicken is tender and easy to shred.

Shred chicken with two forks, return to slow cooker, and stir into the sauce.

1–1.5kg pork shoulder

1 packet Grill Mates Tennessee Smokehouse BBQ Rub

1 bottle Nando’s BBQ Sauce
Instructions

Rub the pork shoulder all over with the BBQ spice rub.

Place in the slow cooker and pour over the BBQ sauce.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5–6 hours, until the pork is fall-apart tender.

Shred with two forks and stir back through the sauce. Pop it back in the oven to crisp up.
