For best results:
- If you are placing hot food in the insulated food flask, it is recommended to store the flask on its own, or in an insulated lunch bag WITHOUT an ice pack- an ice pack will cause the food to cool down faster than usual.
- If packing hot food, make sure to pre heat the flask by filling it with boiling hot water for approx 10 minutes. Pour the water out and place your piping hot food into the flask.
- Please note: the type of food packed in the insulated jar affects the time it will stay warm - food such as soups will stay warm longer than foods like chicken nuggets. The more air there is around the food, the faster it will cool down.
- If packing cold food such as yoghurt or fruit, make sure to pre cool the flask by adding cold water (& ice for best results) for approx 10 minutes. Pour water out and place cold food inside.
